About this listing
This is a 1 bedroom self-catering chalet which sleeps up to 5 people. It has 2 double beds and 1 single bed. Shower upstairs and downstairs. Upper balcony with also downstairs veranda, and downstairs kitchen with dining, seating space.
Note: the chalet as 2 floors the bottom floor is an open plan kitchen,dining and living area. The top floor had 2 double beds and 1 single bed, with a small partition in between (The bedrooms are not separate)

The space
Julianas villas consists of beautiful chalets and a family home. It offers all our guests the unique experience of the local island lifestyle and to experience Seychelles in a personal and intimate interactive way.
Guest access
All guests have access to free on-site parking, as well as an onsite Cafe area which offers snacks and refreshments, free Wifi, security safety box in each guest house and access to a car hire within the premises.
No airport transfer is provided, we do recommend all guests contact the Seychelles international airport to organise their travel arrangements in advance in order to get to the guest house. There are several car rental companies and taxi firms at the airport who can assist with this.
Please Note: For those with young children, please ensure you supervise your little one’s, as the staircase is open in design.
Interaction with guests
The guests are left to their own leisure whilst on holiday after their initial introductory upon arrival and there is always help at hand should our guests require any assistance and advice as to how to get around, at any point during their stay.
The neighbourhood
The area is generally peaceful, with occasional local festivities which takes place at the end of every month where the community hosts a music, food festival with local craft of clothes, souvenirs for sale. There is a beautiful Arts and Craft centre offering souvenirs and showcasing the local talent and workmanship. There are also several local shops, newsagents and mini supermarkets within walking distances. For nearby dining we always recommend the lovely hotel Takamaka restaurant which is within a 10 minutes drive. Also further down there is Anse Royale beach where guests will find several restaurants offering local cuisine as well as international cuisine, such as Kaz Kroel, Les Dauphine Heruese – as well as access to kayaking and snorkelling and further shops.
Getting around
There are two bus stops outside the property, about 2 minutes walk either side of the house. Also there are several car rental companies at the airport for car hire.
We do recommend a car hire during your stay and for getting around the island.
